Your day commences with a smooth pickup from your Chiang Mai hotel, whisking you to Phoenix Adventure Park. Here, safety is paramount. Prior to your zipline experience, you'll be briefed on all treetop activities, learning the ropes – quite literally. Whether it's mastering the harness or understanding emergency procedures, we've got you covered. Choose from two distinct zipline adventure packages, each promising an hour of tailored thrills. Additionally, immerse yourself in an educational journey about the rainforest's ecosystem and the pivotal role of conservation.

In order to use the zipline, the participants should be in good physical health and free of any limitations that could affect their safe use of the equipment.
The trip is not recommended for a person with more than 120 kgs. , pregnant women, a child under 6 year old and people with surgical history less than 6 months or with hypertension, asthma, infectious diseases, diabetes, epilepsy, and any mental health condition.
Available for adults and children between 6 – 65 years old and the age of 6-12 years old under parents or adults’ close supervision.
Meal : Choose 1 Stir-fried noodle with chicken or 1 Fried rice with chicken or 1 Stir-fried holy basil with chicken.
Wear comfortable shoes. No flip flop allowed. Sandals with a strap are allowed and wear light clothing on the trip.
On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.
Pickup is available for all hotels within 5km of Chiang Mai Old Town. The tour operator will confirm the exact pick-up time via email. Please don't forget to recheck your email. Please plan to meet your tour guide at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the guide has moved on from your hotel.
