Infants aged 0–2 years do not have a seat. Infants must sit on your lap for the entire duration.
If you require an extra seat, there will be an additional cost of 500 THB. Please let us know in advance so we can arrange the seat. Payment can be made to the guide on the day of departure. The guide has the right to refuse boarding if the customer declines to pay.
Hotel pickup and drop-off is offered in downtown Chiang Mai. We'll check if your location is in our service area and let you know.
If you're outside our pick-up zone, please use the reservation form to arrange pickup at McDonald's Im Thapae at the address: Kotchasarn Rd., Chang Khlan Sub-district, Mueang Chiang Mai District, Chiang Mai. Alternatively arrange pickup at the MAYA Lifestyle Shopping Centre which is at the address: Huay Kaew Rd., Chang Phueak, Mueang Chiang Mai District, Chiang Mai. Pickup will be in front of the building.
