Pickup is available for all hotels within 3 km. radius from Chiang Mai downtown. The tour operator will confirm the exact pickup time via E-mail. Please don't forget to re-check your E-mail. Please plan to meet your tour guide at your hotel lobby at least 10-minutes before the scheduled pickup time. You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10-minutes late or after the guide has moved on from your hotel.
