- MUST advise Full name & passport number of all passengers, Flight Details & time when booking is made
- Buggy service cannot operate (as option), if you arrive SAT1 New Terminal or Bus Gate as per the Airport condition without prior notice, we will give a partial refund of Buggy back to you case by case
- Strictly no photos or videos are allowed when you get through customs. The operator reserves the right to refuse the service and no refunds will be given
- If no flight details given to us at least 24 hours before arrival - no refund, no compensation will be made
- If denied entry to the country by immigration, it is impossible for us to help you - no refund
- All reservation must make at least 1 day, except Visa On Arrival must to 2 days in advance prior to service date, if less than as mentioned, not gaurantee and confirmation will be advised at time of booking
- Visa On Arrival (VOA) as option, please send the required documents by yourself via email to apply VOA in advance
