Embark on a 7-day trek along the Lemosho Route on the western flank of Mount Kilimanjaro. Encounter a unique and less frequented path to the summit, known for its breathtaking scenery and diverse landscapes.
Start your journey in a lush, vibrant green rainforest, where the air is filled with the sounds of chirping birds and the rustle of leaves. This enchanting environment is alive with biodiversity, showcasing towering trees, colorful flowers, and a myriad of wildlife that thrive in the humid conditions.
After the first two days of navigating through the rainforest, the landscape begins to transform dramatically. The flora transitions into moorland, a unique ecosystem characterized by heather, ericas, ferns, and substantial lichen-covered boulders.
