Arrival & Pre-Trek Prep
Upon landing at Kilimanjaro Airport (JRO), a Bush Lion Tours guide will transfer you to your comfortable Moshi hotel. Enjoy dinner and meet fellow trekkers. A thorough briefing and equipment check will ensure you're ready to conquer the Lemosho Route.
Day 1: Big Tree Camp (2100m to 2650m)
After breakfast, head to Lemosho Gate to start your trek. Hike through lush rainforests to Big Tree Camp (2780m).

Day 2: Big Tree Camp to Shira 1 Camp (3610m)
Leave the rainforest behind and trek across a grassy plateau to Shira 1 Camp (3650m). Enjoy views of Kibo Peak.

Day 3: Shira 1 Camp to Shira 2 Camp (3850m)
Hike across the Shira Plateau, with views of the Northern Ice Fields. A short acclimatization walk helps adjust to the altitude.

Day 4: Shira 2 Camp via Lava Tower (4600m) to Barranco Camp (3900m)

Day 5: Barranco Camp to Karanga Camp (3995m)

Day 7: Conquering Uhuru Peak & Descent to Millennium Camp

Day 8: Millennium Camp to Mweka Gate (1640m)
After breakfast, trek down to Mweka Gate (1630m). Receive certificates, then transfer back to your Moshi hotel to celebrate your victory.

In Moshi, customers can expect the guide to greet them in the hotel lobby, ready to provide assistance and transfer them seamlessly to the starting point of their Kilimanjaro adventure.
