From Moshi: Private 2-Day Tarangire & Ngorongoro Jeep Safari

Experience an exciting African safari to Tarangire and Ngorongoro on a private 2-day trip from Moshi with accommodation and meals included. Get the chance to spot the Big 5 and visit natural wonders.
In the two days you will visit two different national parks. Tarangire National Park is known for its big elephant herds, beautiful landscape with many baobab trees and is generally very good for a game drive. Ngorongoro Crater is such a unique place, by once being a gigantic volcano to now being the largest intact caldera in the world. It is also paradise for the wildlife, and here you will even have the chance to spot the rhino, which otherwise is very hard to spot in Tanzania as it is endangered.

You will be picked up from you accommodation in Moshi early in the morning, whereafter you will drive to Tarangire, which takes around 4 hours. Upon entering the national park, you will do a full day of safari and eating your packed lunch at a picnic site in the park. In the late afternoon, you will exit the park and drive to a town called Karatu, where you will stay at a tented lodge for the night. On day two, you will be picked up from the hotel in Karatu by the same safari guide in morning and drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Here you will get to stop at the view point and have a look over the beautiful crater, before descending down into the crater for a game drive. In the afternoon, you will drive all the way back to Moshi and be dropped off at your accommodation again.
