To provide opportunities to elephant lovers and have up-close encounters with elephants, Discover elephant behavior, and interact with these gentle giants by feeding, bathing, or simply admiring them
The Krabi Elephant Shelter was constructed with the intention of being a second home for the elephants from the terrible hardship they were experiencing in forestry operations and riding camps.
Instead of riding or working with them, we employ our elephants in their daily lives and have learned to adapt to them so that we can all enjoy our activities together. The elephants that are currently living with us are the elephants that have previously had to cohabit with humans, so they are accustomed to human behavior. Every day, you’ll discover how warm, hot, and hungry they are.

• The pick-up time confirmation will be sent by the local partner in a separate email or WhatsApp after the booking
• Please wait at the lobby 10 minutes before the pick-up time

• Please wait in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
• The pick-up only includes the area of Ao Nang and Klong Muang Beach. Krabi Town has an extra fee, which you can contact us personally to arrange. Guests from any island, Centara Grand Beach, or Railay have to meet us at Nopparat Thara Pier, Nong Nuch Pier, Ao Nam Mao Pier, or Ao Nang Pier.
• The driver will be holding a sign of Krabi Elephant Shelter
• The driver will pick you up at the hotel you stay in or a specific area you will arrange with us.
• Drivers will wait no longer than 5 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.
Pick-up time: 09:20 for the morning and 13:20 for the afternoon is the designated time for pick-up at every hotel in the mentioned area. If there are any changes, we will let you know personally.
• Please ensure that the phone number you provided is a Thai phone number or has WhatsApp.
• We cannot call to other countries's phone numbers .
