Our Old Town Walking Tour offers you a quick overview and efficient summary of "Gamla Stan" in around 90 minutes. You will learn about the Old Town's dark past and colorful present, architectural details, how life was in Stockholm/Old Town back in the days, as well the importance of the German trade during the medieval time/Hanse era.

Since this is said to be one of the best preserved medieval Old Towns in Europe today, we focus on the medieval time but we also cover modern contexts as well as the Viking era.

Meeting point is at the crossing between the alleys Storkyrkobrinken and Västerlånggatan 5 minutes prior to start. Your Stockholm Summer Tours guide will be wearing a visible vest.
