Kandy; Day tour to Sigiriya & Elephant Safari

Visit Sigiriya Lion's rock and the water gardens gardens, the marvelous creation from 1600 years before. Do an Elephant Safari in Harabana village and enjoy a lunch prepared by a villager with love.
We will pick you up from your hotel and drive to Sigiriya. It'll be a 2.5 hours drive to arrive in Sigiriya. Your driver will assist you to obtain the tickets and go to the entrance point - Our local guides will only make explanations inside the car.

Depending on your speed, it'll take 1.5 to 2 hours to visit Sigiriya. You'll walk through the Water gardens and Boulder gardens of Sigiriya to the Lions Paw and climb to the summit from there following the other travelers. On your way down, you'll visit the Mirror wall (Graffiti wall) and the fresco's cave (Paintings).

You'll be hungry by the time you return after the visit - We will take you for lunch to a local restaurant or a house - Your driver will join you at the lunch and you'll be assisted to ensure you eat not too spicy.

We will then continue to Habarana village to do the Elephant safari. There you'll get in a Safari jeep and go for the Safari - Safari costs are not included therefore you'll pay the cost of Jeep and Safari Park entrance directly to the supplier.

Later we'll return back to Kandy and it's optional to visit a Spice garden in Naula on the way back.
