Learn to cook traditional Sri Lankan dishes here in Ella. We make dishes with seasonal produce so everything is fresh and tasty. Choose from a variety of dishes, including curries, salads, and roti.
Join Neranji in her kitchen at home in Ella for a cooking class.
Prepare traditional Sri Lankan dishes with her, and learn about the local cuisine.
You can choose from a variety of dishes to cook, and take home the recipes to recreate them in your own kitchen.
Of course you will then get to eat and enjoy all of the lovely food you learn to make.

Choose from well-known curries like potato, dhal, pumpkin, beans, fish, or chicken curry, eggplant salad, papadom, carrot sombol, and coconut sombol.

Try Niranji's special dishes like banana flower curry, jackfruit curry, sweet onion curry, mango curry, and coconut rotti. (If you would like to cook one of the special dishes listed here, please inform us by email or at the time of booking, as we require 24 hours to organise the ingredients.)

Learn about the special spices and ingredients used in Sri Lankan cooking, and take some home with you to recreate the dishes.
