Day 1: Diyaluma Falls & Lipton's Seat
Begin your day with a hotel pick-up from Ella and head to Diyaluma Falls, the second tallest waterfall in Sri Lanka. Enjoy the mesmerizing views, explore the upper falls, and take a refreshing dip in the natural pools. Afterward, visit Lipton's Seat, a historic viewpoint nestled in the heart of the tea country. Admire the panoramic views of the rolling hills and tea estates that were once frequented by Sir Thomas Lipton. You’ll then return to your hotel in Ella for an overnight stay.
Day 2: Horton Plains & Scenic Train Ride
Start your second day with an early morning departure around 6:00 AM for a visit to Horton Plains National Park. Enjoy a stop for breakfast at a restaurant along the way. Once at the park, embark on a hike to World’s End, where you’ll be rewarded with sweeping views from the cliff’s edge. You’ll also explore Baker’s Falls, a beautiful waterfall within the park. After your adventure in Horton Plains, experience the iconic scenic train ride through Sri Lanka’s hill country, known for its lush landscapes and picturesque views.
