You will start the session with a brief understanding of what "Muay Thai" is, and then I will lead you through a full-body stretch followed by a moderate or intense HIIT workout for a warm-up, according to your preference.
Next, I will teach you a few basic techniques or help sharpen your existing techniques. You will be hitting the Thai pads more during this session to improve yourself and your striking ability.
At the end of the session, you will be guided through a few yoga stretches to cool down your body, followed by a short mindfulness meditation and preferably a muscles relax massage.
