Meet your tour at one of the designated points in Valencia. Begin your journey with a two-hour drive along the Levantine coast to the town of Morella.
A local guide will guide will take you along the route as you climb the sloping cobbled streets so characteristic of Morella. Stop at the historic castle that sits atop the town.
As you enter this Islamic fortress built in the 12th century, discover the importance it acquired for the Crown of Aragon.
Afterward, take some free time to continue exploring Morella at your leisure. Taste some local food or admire the different local craft stalls. Next, you'll get back on the road and head east until you reach Peñíscola.
