If you wish to modify your pickup point, you can do so free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the activity. If modified less than 24 hours before the activity, the activity provider cannot guarantee modifications

There could be a logistic stop at Yaiza to organize all the participants on the buses
The activity provider does not cover any taxi cost without the written permission of the staff members
The activity provider is not responsible for any items left on the bus or anywhere during the tour

The day before the tour, please check your WhatsApp, we will send you info about your pick-up and reccommendations.
Please check the list of pick-up points and choose the most suitable one for you based on your accommodation or write the name of your hotel when booking so we can provide you with the nearest available pick-up point (may not be at your hotel but nearby). Important: please write the correct phone number with country code on your booking: we will send you a WhatsApp message the day before the tour to reconfirm the pick-up point and time. Take into account that pickup times are approximated and that the duration of transfer service depends on the number of bookings. You will receive an email (check spam) with pickup information. Please get in contact with us if you don't receive it in 48 hours or if you want to modify the point.
