-The Pick up time is not the one that appear on your GetYourGuide voucher. That is only the start time of the activity.
-"La Excursion" will send you and email or message prior to the day of your excursion confirming your pick up time and exact location including a view map link.
-Please make sure you know your correct time and if you have doubts contact us by phone or email the day before of your excursion.
-If you are late or mistake the start time of the activity with the pick up time, it will not be our responsibility.
-Please arrive at the bus stop at least 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
-The guide will wait no longer than 3 minutes after the scheduled time before leaving.
-We wish all our clientes to have the best experience possible and this will help us to be as efficient as posible not delaying the arrival to the last pick up locations.
