NATURE WALK + BEACH, YOGA & OPTION OF HEALTHY BIO PICKNICK

Healthy program with 2-3 hours walking tour through the pine forest in Nature Park Las Salinas, along the coast, paradisiac quiet bays. Enjoy yoga and top healthy pick nick with local bio produce.
We will take a wonderful walk in the pine forest of the nature park and visit the salt flats where salt has been produced since the times of the Phoenicians and where different species of birds such as flamingos and storks live most of the year. We will cross the forest and with some luck we could see a wild rabbit; enjoy the clean and balsamic air of the pines, rosemary and thyme bushes... until we reach to the beautiful beach named after the park, and several dreamy bays towards the pirate tower, where I will tell you some anecdotes about the history and culture of Ibiza, apart from the flora and fauna we will encounter on our journey. As a qualified teacher with good experience in yoga, I recommend you to end the excursion with a stretching or yoga session. For those who prefer to abstain and enjoy the beach and crystal clear waters, I recommend to take my option of healthy organic pick nick to enjoy on the beach and have a swim. Otherwise you can indulge in one of the various restaurants and beach clubs with DJ sets serving food on Las Salinas beach, like Sa Trincha, Guaraná or Jockey Club.
