Their secret lies in the selection of raw materials, seasonal products that they buy from farmers and arrantzales (fishermen) who even grow vegetables, citrus fruits and aromatic plants. Its fusion cuisine combines seasonal Basque cuisine with creativity and fresh ideas.
The menu consists of 5 passes, dessert and two different wines.
