You must exchange your voucher at the ticket counter. Ticket counters are at the Lower funicular station (Krekov trg 4, 1000 Ljubljana) or at the Castle (Grajska planota 1, 1000 Ljubljana). Guided tour starts at the meeting point next to the main entrance to the Castle.
