• The London Eye is closed between 8 January and 4 February 2024, please amend your ticket to a non-London Eye bundle product as no partial refunds will be given
• You will be booking the date and time for DreamWorks Shrek’s Adventure here and you will book your time slot for the London Eye using the instructions given in your confirmation voucher
• Timeslots for the London Eye are subject to availability
• Guests under the ages of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years and older
• Children under 3 go free but must have a valid ticket
• The minimum height for the magical bus is 0.9 meters
• Disabled guests pay the standard price and their carer enters free of charge
