Spend two days exploring the best of what Krakow has to offer. Discover the history from medieval to modern with your well-informed local guide. Relax with admission covered for each historical site and travel at a leisurely pace.
Start day one by visiting the Wawel Royal Castle and Cathedral. Explore the chambers of the castle and discover the secrets of the royal family. Then take a 2-hour break to relax with lunch at a café in Krakow.
After lunch, walk around the Main Market Square in Krakow and stop in the Rynek Underground Museum. Go four meters under the surface of the square and experience the city’s entire history from the first settlers to modern times.
On day two, learn about the essence of the hidden message in the permanent exhibition at the Schindler Factory Museum devoted to the years of occupation during World War II. Continue the theme with a guided walk around Ghetto Heroes Square.
Depart from the Krakow to admire the breath-taking salt miracles in the nearby Wieliczka Salt Mine. This UNESCO World Heritage Site delights with its natural beauty hidden many meters beneath the surface of the sleepy town. It's not just an old salt mine, it's a natural museum of works of art created by man and the forces of nature. Return by bus to the bus park to end the tour.

A dress code is required to enter places of worship (Wawel Cathedral etc.). No shorts or sleeveless tops are allowed. Knees and shoulders must be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements.
It is quite cool in the Salt mine (between 14° C and 16° C). Make sure to take warmer clothing even in summer.
Wear comfortable shoes, the tour requires a lot of walking.
The Wawel Cathedral is an active place of religious worship. During important religious, state or jubilee events or visits of important guests, admission to the cathedral, royal tombs or the bell tower may be suspended without announcing the reasons. In such a situation, the Organizer reserves the right to replace the entrance to the Cathedral with another one within the castle complex.
