Customers are free to choose their pick up location at a specific given area and transfer coordinators will be updating from time to time. Our team will be getting in touch with the customers a day before their scheduled transfers and will also be updating them of the final exact time of transfers as per requested by the the clients. We will also be getting important details like contact numbers and lead guest detail for proper coordination, information is strictly for coordination purposes. On the day of their transfers, driver will either be printing their names for the signage or call the person in charge of the group (lead guest) so they can easily meet with the guests at a specific location.
