Enjoy a pickup from Puno city in the morning to travel to the main port. Go onboard the boat to start this Uros and Taquile Islands tour.
Your first stop will be the at the Uros floating islands, where the guide and the locals themselves will tell the group about the way of life on Lake Titicaca. After taking pictures and seeing some craftsmanship fairs, you will get back on the boat to set off on the trip to Taquile Island.
Walk around the island in Taquile and talk with the inhabitants. Admire their textile work that is very well-known in the region. See the terraces that are still being preserved. Listen to the guide explaining how they used to be used, and that they are still being used in the present day.
Enjoy a delicios lunch and start the walk back to the port to take the boat back to Puno, where the tour ends. (Lunch is included)

• This tour takes place at around 3800 meters above sea level and some people might feel ill. It is recommended that you acclimatize with the altitude before the tour
Pickup is available from central Puno. You will be picked up from your hotel between 7:00 AM and 7:10 AM. Please be ready at reception.
Please note that a pickup from hotels outside Puno is not possible, if you are staying outside the pickup zone please arrive at "Puerto Muelle de Puno" at 7:15 AM and look for Suri Explorer staff and the end of the boarding platform.
