Day 1: Cusco to Manu Rainforest Lodge
- Morning pickup from Cusco hotel and scenic drive through Andean grasslands to the Amazon.
- Breakfast in Paucartambo, exploration of local culture.
- Visit Tres Cruces viewpoint for Amazon basin views.
- Descend into the Manu Cloud Forest to observe diverse wildlife.
- Lunch followed by a boat trip to Machuwasi Lake and onto Manu Rainforest Lodge.
- Amazonian dinner at the lodge with an optional night hike.
Day 2: Manu Rainforest Lodge to Rio Negro
- Start with an Amazonian breakfast before checking out.
- Boat ride along Madre de Dios River, with wildlife spotting opportunities.
- Set up camp by Rio Negro, engage in a deep jungle hike.
- Evening campfire and native dinner by the riverside.
Day 3: Rio Negro to Treehouse Inn
- Typical breakfast, boat ride to Manu River, and onto Palotoa River.
- Arrival at exclusive Treehouse Inn, with a guided tour of the area.
- Learn about native medicinal plants.
- Afternoon hike to observe jungle wildlife.
- Dinner at the lodge and a nocturnal wildlife walk.
Day 4: Parrot Clay Lick and Jungle Adventures
- Early visit to the Parrot Clay Lick to observe parrots.
- Jungle hike to see medicinal plants and potentially spot large mammals.
- Afternoon lunch at the lodge with optional river tubing.
- Evening sunset and dinner, followed by another nocturnal tour.
Day 5: Treehouse Inn to Manu Rainforest Lodge
- Breakfast, visit to a local native community for cultural insights.
- Lunch at the Treehouse Inn before returning to Manu Rainforest Lodge.

Day 6: Return to Cusco
