Book in advance your three-day Amazon rainforest adventure in Iquitos:
Day 1: Amazon River Exploration and Night Hike:
• We begin with a reception at the port of “Bellavista Nanay”.
• We will navigate the majestic Amazon River, admiring its confluence with the Nanay River and spotting gray and pink dolphins.
• After arriving at the lodge, we will enjoy a delicious lunch.
• Then, we will enter the jungle on a botanical walk, learning about medicinal plants and tasting the lianas.
• The evening awaits with a comforting dinner and a walk in search of snakes, tarantulas and other specimens.
• Overnight at the lodge.
Day 2: Piranha fishing and Caiman hunting:
• Early in the morning, we will delight in the sunrise in the jungle and bird watching.
• We will have breakfast on board the boats.
• Then, we will explore the jungle in search of monkeys in their habitat.
• Lunch at the lodge, followed by canoeing, kayaking and piranha fishing.
• Dinner at the lodge and search for caimans and other reptiles in the evening.
• Another night at the lodge.
Day 3: Sloth watching and return to Iquitos:
• We will start the day with an energizing breakfast, followed by observation of sloths and squirrels in their natural environment.
• We will visit a riverine community to learn about their lifestyle and customs.
• Lunch at the lodge before returning to the city of Iquitos, arriving at the port of Bellavista Nanay.
