At the time you choose, we will pick you up from your hotel in Lima and head in a minibus to the Larco Herrera Museum, one of the most important exhibitions in the Peruvian capital.
We will explore all the museum's rooms, discovering one of the most comprehensive collections of pre-Columbian artifacts in Peru. We will see items of genuine gold and silver, as well as erotic ceramics which demonstrate the ancient civilization's relationship with nature and sexuality. The museum is located in an elegant 18th-century viceregal mansion, which makes this trip even more special.
After visiting the Larco Herrera Museum, we will go to the archaeological site of Huaca Pucllana, in the district of Miraflores. This great pyramid of adobe and mud was an important ceremonial and administrative center between 200 and 700 A.D.
