Surquillo Market N1
We will go to the local market located in the Surquillo district (near Miraflores) where you will see all the different fresh and organic products that Peru has, such as vegetables, tubers, meats and more.
Next, you will try the famous Ceviche (Peru’s national dish) with Arroz con Mariscos (rice with seafood) and a traditional Chicha Morada drink at a local restaurant.
Chorrillos District
Then, we will visit the main Fish Market of Lima to learn about the fishing industry in Peru. Also, your local guide will show you the tools and baits used by locals for doing this important activity. Great opportunity to meet the local people.
Barranco district
In Barranco area you will see the artistic streets and learn the history of this trendy place from your expert guide. Also, here we eat some typical dish (Causa Rellena – potatoes dish with chcken) and typical dessert (Picarones) at a nice restaurant with ocean view. Learn about the food fusions among different cultures mixed with the Peruvian one!
