From Lima: Full day tour to the province of Huaral-Chancay

Discover Huaral and Chancay on weekends from Lima to explore the Hacienda de Huando and enjoy a tasting at Bodega Velarde.
We will pick you up punctually at the place of your choice in Lima, either in Miraflores or San Isidro, to begin our trip to the province of Huaral, on the way to our first destination, we will make a brief stop for you to enjoy a breakfast of your choice. Then, we will head to the Hacienda de Huando, known for its extensive orange groves. After our visit to the hacienda, we will make a stop at the Bodega Velarde. Here you will have the opportunity to taste their outstanding wines, piscos and other liquors made from grapes, apples and honey. Around 1:00 p.m., we will stop at a country restaurant in Huaral, where you can enjoy lunch on your own. This is also your chance to try the region's traditional dish, chancho al palo (pork on a stick). We will continue our journey to Chancay, where we will visit the exact site of the shipwreck of the Covadonga during the War of the Pacific. Afterwards, we will explore the Chancay Castle, a palace built in the mid-20th century and now converted into a theme park.At the castle, you will enjoy cultural activities before returning to Lima. We will conclude the excursion leaving you back at the starting point at approximately 7:00 pm.
