Enjoy a full day immersed in the culture and art of pisco, from creation to tasting.
We will start with the pick up at your hotel, and then we will have a tour of approximately 1 hour until we arrive at Hacienda Caravedo.
In the guided tour we will learn about the origin and history of pisco, what it is named after and why it was created. We will also learn about the types of grapes used in the distillation process to obtain different varieties of pisco, and finally we will have a small tasting of some varieties.
Then we will go to the artisan winery Nietto, in this winery you will learn about the artisan tradition of making wines and piscos. In addition, you will taste their different varieties and some cream made from Peruvian pisco.
As a last point, we will have the Pisco workshop, upon arrival, the supplies and material will be ready to receive a small class on how to prepare the traditional Peruvian drink known as Pisco Sour, all so you can replicate it in the future with family and friends.
After that, we will have the option to stay for lunch at the place or return to your hotel, ending our services.
