Day 1: Cusco - Abra Malaga - Santa Maria Village

The Inka Jungle Machu Picchu tour starts with the pick up from 5:00 to 6:00 am from the visitor's hotel.
Travel by bus from Cusco to Abra Malaga (4316 m.a.s.l.) through the Sacred Valley of the Incas.
Descent by bicycle from Abra Malaga to the village of Santa Maria.
Lunch.
Canoeing adventure on the Vilcanota River (Optional).
Overnight in Santa Maria.

Day 2: Santa Maria - Hot springs - Town of Santa Teresa.

Breakfast.
Hike from Santa Maria to Santa Teresa along ancient Inca trails.
Lunch in the village of Kellomayo.
Relax in the thermal baths of Cocalmayo.
Dinner and overnight in the village of Santa Teresa.

Day 3: Santa Teresa - Hydroelectric - Aguas Calientes town.

Breakfast.
Zip Line adventure (optional).
Hike to the 'Hidroeléctrica' station.
Lunch.
Hike from 'Hidroeléctrica' to Aguas Calientes town.
Dinner and overnight in Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu village).

Day 4: Aguas Calientes - Machu Picchu - Cusco.

Breakfast.
Hike uphill from Aguas Calientes to Machu Picchu (optional to take bus).
Guided tour of Machu Picchu for an average of 2 hrs.
Free time in Machu Picchu.
Walk downhill from Machu Picchu to Aguas Calientes (optional to take bus).
Return by train from Aguas Calientes to Ollantaytambo.
Return by bus from Ollantaytambo to Cusco.
