Embark on a fascinating adventure to the Vinicunca Mountain of Colors. After being picked up from your hotel in Cusco, you will travel by private transportation to the community of Cusipata. On the way, you will enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast before arriving at Phulawasipata, where you will begin a hike of approximately 1 hour to the highest point of the mountain. Admire the spectacular scenery of the colorful mountain then you have the option to take an additional excursion to the Red Valley, a unique and spectacular landscape, with a focus on its geological formations and panoramic views. This visit is optional and can be added according to your preference, then we will return to the starting point for lunch in Cusipata. The tour ends with a comfortable return to Cusco. The locals offer an optional horseback riding service for an additional cost.

Physical conditions.
Altitude: Montaña de Colores is located more than 5,000 meters above sea level, so it is important to be prepared for high altitudes. It is recommended to acclimatize in Cusco at least 1 day before the tour to reduce the risk of altitude sickness.
Weather: The weather can be variable, with cold temperatures in the morning and hot during the day.
Cash: Bring cash in soles for the entrance ticket (S/ 25.00 for foreigners, S/ 15.00 for nationals) and other additional expenses (such as horses or purchases along the way). The places en route do not accept credit card payments.
