From Huaraz: Mini Trekking Huayhuash 4D/3N

This route was designed for those people who do not have much time and only want to visit the most important places of the Cordillera Huayhuash, such as the lakes Jahuacocha, Solteracocha and Rasac.
Day 01: Huaraz - Llamac - Cuartelhuain - Rondoy
Pick up from your hotel at 08:00 am and then head towards the village of Chiquián, enjoying views of the Huayhuash mountain range. From Chiquián we begin to descend to a field where we will find cactus and bushes and then we head towards the town of Llamac arriving at 12:00am where we will enjoy lunch. We will pass through the hamlet of Pocpa and then cross the new road from Llamac to Cuartelhuain. Until we arrive to our first campsite in Rondoy.
Day 02: Rondoy - Sambunya Pass - Jahuacocha Lagoon
This day begins with a demanding hike, you will get wonderful panoramic views. Then we ascend to the valley of Rondoy. Already in the Rondoy and Sambunya pass at 15,584 feet, then we descend to the beautiful Jahuacocha Lagoon. We will camp on the shores of this lagoon.
Day 03: Free day in Jahuacocha Lagoon
We stay one more day in Laguna Jahuacocha. We can hike 2 hours to the Yaucha pass to observe beautiful landscapes and enjoy a day of rest and go trout fishing.
Day 04: Jahuacocha - Pampa Llamac Pass - Llamac - Huaraz
This day starts very early to have a descent for an average of one hour, then we start our ascent to Pampa Llamac. From this point we will have our final views of the Huayhuash mountain range. Then we will begin to descend to return to the valley and the town of Llamac. Here a vehicle will be waiting for us to take us to Huaraz.We arrive in Huaraz at approximately 16:00 hours.
