Start your tour with pickup from your hotel in Cusco. First, head to Moray, 70 km northeast of Cusco. Then, begin the 8.2 km trip arriving to Maras by 10:00 AM, where the salt mines are found in ancient terraces and lakes. There are more than 2 thousand natural salt mines in Maras.
