Guests must weigh between 65 to 250 pounds. Guests are discretely weighed upon check in
Guests must be 48 inches or taller
Anyone under the age of 14 must be accompanied on tour by a responsible adult (18 yo+). Minors 14 to 17 must have a responsible adult either accompany them or on site
Guests should be in good health and be able to reach their arms above their head. Participation is not permitted for those under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or legal drugs or prescription medications that may limit your abilities
Guests should be ready for active participation, including climbing stairs and hiking across uneven terrain
All guests must be able to understand and comply with instructions
All guests must complete a waiver. If under the age of 18, a parent/legal guardian must complete the waiver
