Visit and explore the outskirts of Cusco on horseback, marvel at the architectural beauty of the Temple of the Moon located 30 minutes from the city center. Experience horseback riding on a panoramic route through the impressive eucalyptus forest, accompanied by an experienced local guide who will teach you horse handling and lead throughout.

Itinerary:
After our transportation picks you up from your hotel, we will head to the ranch near the archaeological site of Sacsayhuaman. There, your guide will provide thorough instructions for horseback riding and introduce you to the horses. The local guide will also give a brief induction on horse control to ensure safe handling. Horses will be assigned based on each tourist's experience.

Begin by visiting the archaeological site of the Temple of the Moon, a large mountain with two caves inside, likely used for fertility worship. Then, continue horseback riding towards the Devil's Balcony located at the rear of Sacsayhuaman. This tourist attraction and natural architectural heritage is a large rock with a spectacular view, featuring a windowed balcony overlooking the river flowing beneath the rock. Below the balcony, the river runs through a massive cave to the other side of the rock. Formed millions of years ago during the Inca period, this rock was a sanctuary for worshipping gods.

During both visits, your guide will provide important information about the places. Finally, return to the ranch and from there, by car, to your hotel or to the city center, based on your preference.
