If unsure, contact the tour operator after booking to confirm whether your hotel is within the pickup zone. If your hotel is located outside of this area, please pick a station within the area that is easy to reach for you, with S+U Potsdamer Platz being recommended. An extended pickup service may be arranged with the tour operator at an extra charge depending on the distance from the city centre.
