*Please note that the 60 minute jet boat option may not be available in August due to low water levels of Kawarau River, the 25 min option will be open to book. The route of the 25 min jet boat will showcase Lake Whakatipu and the beautiful surrounding scenery whilst throwing in epic 360 spins!*
Our jet boat rides are filled with speed, thrills and plenty of those famous 360-degree spins. Take in the stunning scenery with the wind in your face as we race across Lake Whakatipu and head down the Kawarau River, covering a distance of 44km. Our experienced drivers will get you up close and personal with the lake's edge, skimming past trees and any obstacles in the way. Be sure to hold on to your hats as we navigate under not one, but two bridges at speed. Choose from a 25-minute or 1-hour experience and with a convenient departure right from the heart of Queenstown. After getting equipped with a life jacket, climb on board and experience exhilarating 360-degree spins, skimming the water at speeds of up to 95 km/hour. Then, travel down the river where it is calmest, even when the lake is rough. Take your camera along to capture the stunning scenery of your jet boat experience with frequent photo opportunities.
