Try something new and learn to surf the waves of Scheveningen at Scheveningen The Hague Beach. Discover the basics of riding a surfboard and sink into the feeling of standing up as you glide over the Dutch waves. Perfect for children, bring your swimsuit and towel and enjoy a group lesson of up to 8 surfers.
Meet your instructor at Aloha and learn the history of surfing and all about how to stay safe while learning to surf in the water. Afterward, take the change to stand up on a surfboard and allow the waves to whisk you away.
Try your best to steer left or right, or head straight as you feel the freedom of riding the wave. Allow yourself and your group to have fun as you build your confidence and master the basic skills. Don't worry if you fall off, it's all about having fun!

- The surf lesson is 1.5 hours for kids and includes all the materials you need
- We can not guarantee German, French and Spanish speaking instructors at any available lesson time. Please contact us directly for the options.
- The only thing you need to bring is a towel and swimwear
- The group-surf lesson is with a maximum of 8 surfers and the private lessons have a maximum of 2 participants
- The surf lesson can be canceled if there are no waves or there is a storm in Scheveningen
- The surf school will contact you if the lesson will be canceled or changed due to weather
