Enjoy a 2-hour private group walking tour of Rotterdam with a local guide. You can learn more about Rotterdam's unique architecture, history and culture.
You will meet your guide by the spectacular new gate of Rotterdam, the recently built Central Station. On this 2-hour private walking tour, you will be introduced to the history and the character of this port city, as well as the chronology of its post-war reconstruction.
You will first enjoy a walk through the city center where you can get acquainted with the architectural icons and national monuments such as the Groothandelsgebouw, the Lijnbaan shopping area, the neo-classical City Hall and the contemporary Timmerhuis.
In the stunning new Markthal, Rotterdam's new indoor market, you’ll stop for a 10-minute break. Afterwards, your walk will continue along the River Maas with amazing views of the Head of South, which is a new development on the South bank.
Your tour will then end on the riverside.
