Day 1: Arrive in Kathmandu
Upon arrival, get picked up from the airport and taken to the Kathmandu Suite Home Hotel, where you'll sleep for the first night of the trip.
Day 2: Fly to Lukla and trek to Phakding
Drive early to the airport, fly to Lukla, and trek 3 hours to Phakding. Overnight at a guesthouse with lunch and dinner included.
Day 3: Namche Bazaar Trek
Begin your trek to Namche Bazaar at 3,535 meters with an overnight stay at a guesthouse, including all meals.
Day 4: Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar
Stroll through the valley for acclimatization and visit a museum in Namche Bazaar, the Everest gateway, to learn about Sherpa culture. Enjoy panoramic views of Everest and stay overnight at a guesthouse with all meals included.
Day 5: Trek to Tengboche
Trek to Tengboche (3,850 meters), visit the Tengboche Monastery for a prayer ceremony and stay overnight at a guesthouse with all meals included.
Day 6: Trek to Dingboche
Trek to Dingboche (4,350 meters), then rest overnight at a guesthouse with all meals included.
Day 7: Another day of acclimatization
Visit Chhukung Valley and Chhukung Ri (5,546 meters) to view Mt. Makalu. Return to Dingboche for an overnight stay at a guesthouse with all meals included.
Day 8: Trek to Lobuche
Hike to Lobuche (4,950 meters), enjoy scenic views, and stay overnight at a guesthouse with meals included.
Day 9: Visit Everest Base Camp
Trek to Everest Base Camp (5,400 meters), then return to Gorakshep (5,160 meters) for an overnight stay at a guesthouse, including all meals.
Day 10: Hike to Kalapathar
Hike to Kalapathar (5,545 meters) for stunning views of Mount Everest, then trek down to Pheriche (4,280 meters) for an overnight stay at a guesthouse with all meals included.
Day 11: Return to Namche
Return trek to Namche Bazar and stay overnight at a guesthouse with breakfast, lunch, and dinner included.
Day 12: Trek back to Lukla
After trekking back to Lukla, spend the night at a guesthouse with all meals included.
Day 13: Return to Kathmandu
After breakfast, fly from Lukla to Kathmandu and transfer to your hotel.
Day 14: Kathmandu
Spend a buffer day in Kathmandu with a hotel stay, breakfast included.
Day 15: Departure
Check out from the hotel after breakfast, with an airport transfer arranged by the Nepal Hiking Agency for those on international flights.

Flight and permit fees are subject to change. These fees need to be paid in cash in Kathmandu.
Flights between Kathmandu - Lukla or vice versa can be delayed or cancelled due to bad weather. Thus, it's highly advised to take some buffer days.
The tour leaves every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from October to May
You can buy or rent a sleeping or down jacket in Kathmandu (assistance will be provided if needed)
Look for a whiteboard or paper with your name on it just outside your exit gate in the airport terminal hall. If you don't find your name there, you can call the phone number on your activity voucher.
Sometimes in exceptional cases, if you don't see someone waiting for you at the airport or cannot get in contact via mobile phone, please take a cab and ask the driver to take you to the Kathmandu Suite Home hotel, where your room is booked. The activity provider will reimburse you for the taxi and will meet you at the hotel.
