Upon your arrival at Kathmandu Airport and after securing your visa, proceed to the Arrival Area. Your designated driver will be there holding a sign with your name for easy identification. They will assist you with your luggage and escort you to your hotel.
Hotel Pick-Up and Drop-Off Details:
When it's time for your departure from the hotel to the airport, your driver will meet you in the hotel lobby at the scheduled time. From there, they will drive you directly to the airport and drop you off at the Departure Gate for your onward journey.
