Pick from your Hotel in Kathmandu, patan, bhaktapur or Airport then Drive to Nagarkot on the way can visit bhaktapur durbar squire and Sunset view from nagarkot view point. Overnight at Hotel Himalayan villa or Hotel Niva Niva or similar.

Day 2: Sunrise and Himalaya view from hotel, then after breakfast drive back to Kathmandu on the way can visit Changunarayan temple
Early morning, one can view tantalizing sunrise over Mt. Everest & then one can hike to tower, Tamang villages, around Nagarkot hill. After breakfast, Drive back to Kathmandu. Changunarayan temple sightseeing en-route. After sightseeing drop your hotel or airport as per your schedule.

Note: one can hike or drive to Changu Narayan via Telkote or Nala Bhagwati then if you are interested for hiking)
