We offer two schedules per day, ensuring flexibility for your convenience. This tour is perfect for private groups, accommodating up to 18 people. The maximum capacity per shift is 150 participants, ensuring a personalized and enjoyable experience for everyone.
The tour duration is approximately 3½ hours, excluding transportation time. Your safety is our top priority, and we begin with a comprehensive security briefing to ensure a smooth and secure adventure.

To refuel and satisfy your appetite, enjoy a delicious snack consisting of two tacos of cochinita pibil (traditional Mayan pulled pork) or a vegetarian option. Rest assured that safety equipment is provided for both the zip line and ATV activities, ensuring your protection throughout the tour.
We prioritize your safety with our high standards of security. All zip lines feature double security cables, and children as young as 4 years old can participate in the activities. Participants aged 16 years and older can drive an ATV with an adult on the same vehicle. Please note that the maximum weight allowed for the zip line activity is 286 pounds (130 kg).
For your convenience, we recommend bringing towels, a bathing suit, sandals, comfortable shoes, biodegradable sunscreen, bug spray, and cash. Please note that photos, lockers, tips, and souvenirs are not included in the tour package.

When booking for a group, remember this is "shared activity", so that other travelers will be involved in the same experience.
In case of not showing up for the tour, there will be a financial penalty per person.
Our units (van) have a maximum capacity of 13 seats; important to note that we are not always traveling at the max capacity.
We use vans (Mercedes-Benz Sprinter) or buses (Irizar Scania I9) depending on the demand of the activity.
We will refuse access to the activity on signs of intoxication. Booking will be canceled with no right to refund.
Minimum drinking age is 18 years.
All refunds for cancellations made before 24 hours (1 day) will be subject to a penalty of 30% of the total value of the amount paid due to operating expenses.
For clients staying in Tulum, the only pickup point is at Súper Akí Tulum.

-Be in the lobby 10 minutes before your pickup time.
-Look for a white van and listen for your name to be called.
-Wait close to the entrance for easier pickup.
From a Meeting Point:
-Arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before your pickup time.
-Look for a white van and listen for your name to be called.
Important:
Drivers will wait only 5 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. Please be on time to avoid missing your ride.
