It's on our customers' behalf to cover the expenses of their transportation from their "out of town location" to the meeting point provided. We appreciate your kind comprehension.
For those in Cozumel: Please be aware that if you wish to be picked up, you must cross and arrive at the provided meeting point. We do not offer pickups on this island
We use vans (Mercedes-Benz Sprinter) or buses (Irizar Scania I9) depending on the demand of the activity.
Participants will be refused access to the tour if they are showing signs of intoxication. Bookings will be canceled with no right to refund
The minimum drinking age is 18-years-old
All refunds for cancellations made before 24 hours (1 day) will be subject to a penalty of 30% of the total value of the amount paid due to operating expenses.
This tour does not operate on Wednesday.

From Hotel Lobby:
-Be in the lobby 10 minutes before your pickup time.
-Look for a white van and listen for your name to be called.
-Wait close to the entrance for easier pickup.
From a Meeting Point:
-Arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before your pickup time.
-Look for a white van and listen for your name to be called.
Important:
Drivers will wait only 5 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. Please be on time to avoid missing your ride.
