Marrakech: Moroccan Cooking Class with a Local Family

Discover the world of Moroccan cuisine during a unique cooking class at a chef's authentic house, learn about different ingredients, then cook and enjoy a meal together.
The chef will be waiting for you at the meeting point 30 min before the timing,
The chef will suggest the menus and . The chef will give you explaination about the different ingredientd. You will get all what is needed for the receipe and take pictures if you want as well.
After the market you will go to an authentic Moroccan house in the heart of the Medina.
You'll be greeted with Moroccan tea, coffee or juice, and open conversation with the chef's family. It will be an occasion for you to know more about the culture, the way of living of a typical moroccan family.
The course will start by explaining you all the spices you can taste in the moroccan food, in case if you want to buy it from the souks, so youknow how to choose it.
You will then cook the starter ( Moroccan salads or briwat), the main dish (tajines, couscous, tanjya....) and the Moroccan dessert.
Vegetarian, vegan or any allergies won't be a problem.
You will then eat the meal cooked with the family.
After the best meal you will ever have here in Marrakech, you will be offered a gift in the end of the lesson.
