Day 1: Mombasa -Tsavo East.
Your safari adventure begins with an early morning departure from your hotel in Mombasa. After enjoying breakfast, you'll make the scenic drive into Tsavo East National Park, arriving at the Ashnil Aruba Lodge in time for a delicious lunch. Situated along the banks of the Galana River, the Ashnil Aruba Lodge provides the perfect base to explore the diverse landscapes and abundant wildlife of Tsavo East.
In the afternoon, you'll set out on an extensive game drive through the park, keeping your eyes peeled for the iconic big cats, herds of elephants, giraffes, zebras, and more. The vastness of Tsavo East promises incredible wildlife sightings, and your experienced driver-guide will navigate the terrain to maximize your chances of encountering the park's famous residents. As the sun dips below the horizon, you'll return to the lodge for a delectable dinner before settling in for the night.
Day 2: Tsavo East -Mombasa
Wake up early for a game drive, taking advantage of the cooler temperatures to spot more of Tsavo East's diverse creatures. After your morning game drive, you'll return to the lodge for a hearty breakfast. Afterward, you'll depart the park, making the return journey back to Mombasa. Along the way, you'll have the opportunity for any last-minute game viewing before arriving at your hotel in the coastal city.
