a tag wit a code is used on your luggage zipper.
that code is then filled in on your receipt that has all your details including your passport number or Identification number.
while picking your luggage we expect our client to handover the receipt in order to find the tag code .
kindly confirm that what is written on the receipt is the same as what is on the luggage.
