2-Day Amboseli National Park Game Drive From Nairobi

Day 1
You will be picked up from your Nairobi accommodation early in the morning before departing for the Amboseli National Park via the Nairobi-Mombasa Highway. Drive south across the Athi Plain, home to the Masai, and continue to Amboseli National Park. Arrive mid-day, freshen up and enjoy a short rest before your safari. Proceed for a game-viewing drive in search of Elephants, Giraffes, Zebras, Lions, Cheetahs, Warthogs, Ostriches and more. Mount Kilimanjaro dominates the skyline and surrounding country. Take in spectacular views of the mountain and make sure that you get some great photographs. It's the tallest mountain in Africa and the highest free-standing mountain in the world. While Mount Kilimanjaro remains in the background, marvel at the wildlife and scenery that can be found in the park. Overnight AA Lodge or similar.
Day 2
Wake up early in the morning to see Mount Kilimanjaro, and take an early morning game drive. Enjoy an iconic African sight: herds of African elephants crossing the Amboseli plains with Mount Kilimanjaro in the background. Animals are most active in the morning, so you'll be able to see the wildlife hunt and play in the early morning light. After the game drive, head back to camp for breakfast and then return to Nairobi.
