When traveling from Vancouver to Salt Spring Island, you will board your flight at the Ganges Seaplane Dock. Upon arrival at Ganges on Salt Spring Island, passengers can enjoy the natural beauty and charm of the island. The Ganges Seaplane Dock is a gateway to exploring the unique shops, restaurants, and galleries that Salt Spring Island has to offer.

If travelling with children, please be aware that the child fare applies to children aged 2-11 at the time of departure.
• A Government Issued Photo Identification for anyone 18 years old and over is required
• Check in 40 minutes prior to flight departure time
• Passengers not checked-in before the check-in cutoff time will not be able to board their scheduled flight and will not be refunded their fare.
• Unclaimed seats can be sold 20 minutes prior to flight time
• On all scheduled service flights: Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to departure. Within 24 hours will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee
• The guaranteed luggage allowance is 20lbs. Anything in excess will be $2/lb. on a stand by/space available basis.
