※ Ticket Pickup: Visit a green ticket-vending machine to collect your physical ticket. Scan the QR code from your e-ticket and present your non-Japanese passport. The machine’s menu is available in Japanese, English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, or Korean.
※ If the machine malfunctions or your passport lacks an IC chip, please go to the JR-WEST Ticket Office to get your physical ticket.
Using Your Pass:
※ Seat Reservation: Before boarding, make a seat reservation at the station. Use the green ticket vending machine to get your reserved seat ticket and area ticket.
※ Boarding: Use your physical ticket to pass through the automated ticket gate.

• Child age 6 to 11 years old, and Adult aged 12 and above.
• Each adult or child rail pass holder can bring up to 2 infants (aged 1-5 years old) for free. If there are more than two infants, each additional infant will require a child's rail pass. Infants under 1 year old can travel for free.
• Child's rail passes are necessary for each infant in two scenarios: when infants occupy reserved seats independently and when infants travel alone.
• Babies aged under 1 year old can be accompanied for free.

• A rail pass will not be reissued even if lost or stolen.
• A rail pass is only valid for its rail pass holder only.
• A rail pass will not be reissued even if lost or stolen.
• Conditions of use for a rail pass are stipulated by JR-WEST's carriage conditions and laws of Japan.
• If any discrepancies arise between the foreign language and Japanese versions of the carriage conditions, the Japanese version has precedence.
